Easy Smoothie Recipe
I drink a smoothie almost everyday because they're a great way to get your serving of fruits and veggies, it's easier to drink them and be able to carry it around than eating them whole! 
Magic Bullet
The blender I use really makes a world of difference, I have a magic bullet blender and it makes 1 serving smoothies in 30 seconds tops. I've also heard good things about Ninja blenders but my recipe below will work in anything! 
Here's one on amazon for $30: Magic Bullet Blender 
1 cup Greens: I use kale, spinach, cucumber, or avocado. 
*Freeze your container of spinach or kale to make it last longer and only use it for smoothies!
1 cup Fruit: I use a variety of frozen fruit like strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, and mango. These all work when fresh too along with bananas.
*Mix and match your fruit! I've never had a bad combination. 
1 cup/serving size container of yogurt: I like using greek yogurt the best because it's healthier and tastes the same but it all works! Also any flavor works, I usually pick a flavor that matches the fruit I'm using though.
1 cup water: I also use milk, almond milk, and coconut water! If you have a bullet blender, fill the cup up to the max line with your liquid. If your blender is having a tough time blending then add more water!
*If you don't have frozen fruit make sure you add ice so it's still a smoothie!
Optional: If your smoothie isn't sweet enough, add honey! you can also add chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, and coconut oil.
